How to Give Access to Your Tenants?

Enter the person’s name or booking reference.

Set the reservation validity period (date and time).

Define access based on the services ordered (Spa, Pool, bike storage, parking, etc.).

Generate a keypad code or QR code; if necessary, enter the vehicle’s license plate.

Enter the person’s email address.

Click ‘Send’.

The Code, QR Code, or License Plate Confirmation Is Sent by Email (max 500/month).
The granted access allows free entry and/or exit as many times as desired
during the reservation period. Access can apply to multiple doors.
The time restriction concerns the start date and time as well as the end date and time.
